The small buttons on this cardigan are difficult to button as the buttonholes are very tight. I either rip the garment or my fingers trying to button and unbutton them.
Why can’t they use the same buttons as on the men’s cardigan? I also would have appreciated a little more coverage around the neck, as I no longer suffer from hot flashes.
The color is good. The thickness of the fabric seems to have smaller threads than the lambswool had previously. I can see the price tags through the sweater. Shrinkflation? Or is it the light color?

Had serious issues after ordering shortly before Christmas. Very quickly received a mail telling me that my order had shipped. The track number would come. A week later, no track number. It took about 7 e-mails, half answered by Bots, to get a track number and a person wrote that the number had come but I had already seen it. This being 14 days and Christmas and New Years, I settled down to wait. And kept checking my track number. At that point, I was informed that my order was shipped. After that, there was a notice that my order was being inspected for tax and excise.
The package came between 3 and 4 weeks after ordering. I pretty much had given up on it and despite getting notice that it was late but being deliveredcoming on a certain day PostNorden did not deliver it or send me a message until afterwards. It arrived in the middle of the day a day late, which meant me waiting for a day and a half. The arrival was anti-climatic, as one of the 3 sweaters I bought was in a packaging that had been opened and not re-sealed and I didn’t think until later that it was probably the tax inspectors who opened it.

When I tried the jumpers on, I wished I had ordered a large instead of XL, but after reading the enclosed letter with instructions for returns, I had such a frustrated feeling about it that I left the jumpers on the dresser for a week, unable to deal with reversing the process and spending another month on it. I couldn’t really understand the ecological outer layer of packaging and how the return label, that I couldn’t find is supposed to be affixed. That and the ecological bags got put in the cardbord recycling container where they will compost with the recycled cardboard. I have yet to wear the sweaters out, but they are now in the dresser at least. I didn’t inspect them carefully, so if anything is wrong, I will just have to lump it.
Unfortunately, I am frustrated with the whole experience, which was supposed to be a late holiday gift and ended up being a time-consuming, energy waster. I ought to have bought them on sale instead of at full price. Sorry, Woolovers.
